But when you buy at The Kids Room, you also know that whatever you select, The Kids Room will support you for 3 full years, with a store guarantee against any defects whatsoever in materials and/or workmanship.

That's right. If you bought something at The Kids Room, and it turns out to have some defect in either workmanship or materials, just bring it back to us and we'll fix or replace it FREE - and for 3 full years.

2. "Did I pay too much?" When you've bought from the Kids Room you can relax about price. If you find and offer that looks better somewhere else before you've taken posession of your merchandise, just bring that other offer to us, and we'll do our level best to make ours even more advantageous for you. And if we can't, we'll tear up our agreement and refund your money A.S.A.P.

3. "But what if it goes on sale after I have it?" For a full 30 days after you've taken possession of your merchandise, if you see the same items advertised at a lower "package price", just bring the ad in to your nearest Kids Room store and we'll give you double the difference in Kids Room store credit - double the difference - to apply toward mattresses, wall-hangings, desks, dressers, bedding - any of those "neat" little things that you didn't pick up on your first time around.
